I recently designed a logo for the Busy Bee Iced Tea Co.
Sean Anicic and his partners have teamed up to transform shipping containers into mobile retail shops, and the Busy Bee Iced Tea Company is one of their self-directed projects, under the FoodBooth company.
It’ll be popping up on Ontario’s beaches this summer, and will act as the first of many FoodBooth retailers.
Below are a couple of ideas that we tossed around on a patio :)

Drive
Last Thursday marked the opening of a new exhibition at Spin Galactic in Toronto. The theme of this month’s show was automotive, for which I painted Ryan Gosling’s scorpion jacket from Drive. It was a tough choice between the scorpion jacket and the Skull & CrossBolts Chevy Nova from Death Proof. I just recently saw Drive for the first time, and it has really stuck with me for the last while. I felt a small tribute was in order :)
Bridging the Gap fundraiser
My good buddy Steve Ferrara from Well&Good Gallery is in charge of curating this year’s fundraiser at the Berkeley Field House.
Artists will be creating custom 34″ x 18″ ramps for the entrances to the event, which will then be auctioned off.
Here’s what I came up with for this year’s theme :)
If you’re in Toronto this Wednesday, here’s the info / links.

More Portraits
A portrait of my friend Dusan Stojanovski that I recently finished.
Also, my friend Krys at The Refined Portrait whipped out this awesome drawing of me. I love it.
ICOGARDA 2013
In celebration of ICOGARDA’s 50th anniversary, a group of artists and designers were invited to create images for a digital billboard campaign in London.
In collaboration with JCDecaux, the billboards were streamed on a loop for three days last weekend for World Communication Design Day.
A special thanks goes to organizers and ADs Marilena Farruggia, Jovana Milovic, and Zara Coney!
The Image Interview
My profile with The Image Interview was recently published. It’s a really great interview format. Joel and Sury did a fantastic job, as usual.
Check out my profile below, as well as all of the others. It’s pretty addictive :)

March
It’s been a pretty busy year so far. I’n working on a few exciting collaborations and personal projects that are still quite far from completion.
Although I can’t post any of them just yet, below are a couple of pieces that I’ve recently finished.
